The Down Dashboard shows your staff, on one page, whether the services your school depends on are working, read from each vendor’s own status page. Staff check it first, before anyone files a ticket.

Built to be safe first
No passwords to steal
You sign in with your school’s Google or Microsoft account, or a link we email you. There is no ETP Campus password.
Rules in the database
Who can see and change what is enforced by the database itself, not only by the app, and the rules are tested by trying to break them.
This site runs no code in your browser
These pages are plain files, and their security policy forbids scripts outright.
What the Down Dashboard keeps
- The email address you sign in with
- Your school’s name, web address and contact email, and the services you pick
- “Is it working for you?” reports, which no one can read one by one
- Anything else only if you add it, such as staff emails for alerts
What it doesn’t
- A password: there isn’t one
- The IP address of anyone who sends a report
- A public listing of your dashboard, unless you choose one
